How much i have to invest putting up Midget computer/internet shop in the Philippines?

please can somebody give me an idea, how much i have to invest, im planning to put up a Midget computer/internet shop. how is the estimated earnings a day if its infront of schools or residential area, the expenses is how much in a month (electricity bill)
