What is the best cheap, Midget notebook on the market?

My friend loves her tiny asus eee pc, I want something similar but maybe with a bigger screen. Is the asus the lightest?

2. hi there, if your friend's EEE is a 8.9" display, go for the MSI Wind which has a 10" one. It has XP on it so its fast for a netbook. It is light like the EEE
