I am having a Midget notebook - Benq type..?

I have a Midget notebook laptop Benq. some of the programs are not fit in screen. I try to adjust the resolution but no result. some portion of the program only visible in the screen and there is no scroll bar also present. Please any one help me? Thanks in advance. Kannan. V

1. The screen resolution will not fix the problem. You need to adjust the size of the "border" (not sure of the technical term) of the screen in the settings menu. Refer to the manual that came with the computer to adjust this border. If you can't fix it then, you should talk to a computer technician. if he can't fix it, you should return it. Good luck!
2. Some programs are designed to run at certain resolution and if your Midget machine doesn't support it, you might be out of luck. Call tech support of the company, that makes your computer. Ask them what they think about it.
