What is the best and most economical computer for a Midget church?

I was hoping someone could tell me what a good computer for economical price would be for a Midget church. The pastor just needs it to have microsoft works and word. Nothing hightech. They want something that will not cost much but will meet those needs.

1. Put out an appeal to local offices for old computers. You may get one for nothing.
2. just put it together yourself dood. get one for $20 to nothing.
3. Commodore 64.
4. if you just need it for ms word and works, then any computer on the market would be good. It shouldn't cost any more than 300 bucks for a machine like that.
