- Check in inland revenue website. Good luck.
- if you just want to form a company in UK, the cost is £19.99. Go to www.companiesmadesimple.com to start a business, www.businesslink.gov.uk is the UK government website to start a business..
- the minimum cost for me is 1000 pounds.
- about a hundred dollar
- Hi, You need to form a limited company. Try - http://uk.search.yahoo.com/search?fr=fp-tab-web-t-1&ei=ISO-8859-1&p=company+setup&meta=vc%3D. Each year you need to submit accounts, so you need to hire an accountant. You will need to register for VAT too, to claim back your VAT from your trade purchases.
- approx £250 and for other bits loads of money and a good accountant
- Registration Fees from1st Feb 2005 1. Companies Incorporation £20.00 Electronic incorporation £15.00 Same day incorporation £50.00 Same day electronic incorporation £30.00 Change of name £10.00 Same day change of name £50.00 You can register a company on-line - cost just £15.00 if you are in a hurry - Same Day incorporation £50.00 www.companieshouse.gov.uk will give you full details on how and what you need to register/incorporate a company. Now all you need to do is think of a good name. By the way you do not need to be registered companay e.g. Ltd. However, they are legal liabilites that will would affect your personal assets. Also some companies insist on trading only with a Ltd. company, whilst others are happy to trade with "JBloggs computers" or whatever All the best with your new venture.
- You DO NOT NEED to be registered as a business, ie .Ltd company, to trade with suppliers. You can be 'John Smith trading as JS Computers' or whatever so there is no cost involved. You DO need to contact the Inland Revenue to tell them what you are doing. Today, trade suppliers want guarantees when dealing with a sole trader or ltd company. Easiest way of doing it is to get a bank account 'credit card' for purchases, the type where the entire balance is paid monthly. You will find the hardest part is getting a new bank account set up.
- go on this website
- a little less than 700 cords
- heres a few places you can start.... http://www.startups.co.uk/National_Business_Register.YfpipqRoS63Ijg.html www.anewbusiness.co.uk http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/ctsa/regnewbusiness.htm
- to register with the inland revenue (you trading as ???) and the customs and excise (VAT) its free. ask your bank for a business account (usually free for 1st year) limited Co's from about £50 try exchange and mart. headed business letters are usually enough to register (free) with trade out-lets. seriously consider insurance £50 and account books £10. these are the ones at the top of my head... good luck.
- u might want to think that over, unless u own alot and have loads of sparetime. with this i mean: it's worth a lot of money, because whatever u do- they'll be wanting huge taxes paid after that. and u most likely won't have any spare time to do anything.
- Depends on how Midget your business
